It’s not because the program isn’t effective, but because they lacked the SUPPORT and MOTIVATION to keep going! Think about how much being held accountable does for you in your everyday life, work, school, bills and daily tasks. Who is holding you accountable for YOU?
If you join a gym and don’t show up after a few workouts or group classes, they are not going to call you and say hey where have you been? If you are dealing with stress and want to turn to a big bowl of ice cream or sit down with a plate of nachos are they going to tell not give in? No. My point is having an advocate, or health coach that specifically has YOUR best interest in mind, provides you the BEST chance at success. While at the end of the day YOU are the one putting in the work, but I am here to help and support you along the way and pick you up if you fall.
I am a product of challenge groups. You have to trust the process. It WILL work if YOU do! I was just like you and thought I could do it on my own and I was WRONG! With the support and encourage from my coach I have lost over 25lbs so far and found my passion in helping others achieve the same. I want YOU to feel fulfilled. Fitness and proper nutrition is the cornerstone of good health.
I have different types of support if you are willing to invest in the right tools. I provide 1:1 coaching for my clients. I also provide a “ general” private support group on Facebook. And lastly, I provide “ Challenge Groups.”
Challenge groups are PRIVATE small groups that I run monthly through a private Facebook Group. You get ME, as well as several other successful coaches on my team within a small group of people, very similar to you and your goals. I will help you choose a program BEST suited for you and your needs as well as discuss what meal plan is realistic. You will get 1:1 accountability, exclusive motivation, recipes, small daily assignments, fitness tips, and weekly meal plans! The benefit to the group is that you get a TON of positive feedback, support while you LEARN. There is always someone there to answer or hear your questions. You will both teach and learn from others and will be empowered in the process.
